Villa Virtual provides a broad range of services, which may include but are not limited to:
3D Digital Tours – Immersive Matterport-powered tours and digital twins for residential, commercial, and government spaces.
Real Estate & Property Support – 3D showcases, marketing assets, insurance claim documentation, and property insight tools.
Consulting & Technical Services – Guidance on digital property solutions, hosting, integrations, and related technologies.
Content & Demonstrations – Example tours, images, videos, and educational or marketing content that illustrate service capabilities.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely property information.
- Secure permissions for property access (including staging or photography).
- Ensure they have the rights to any third-party materials submitted.
- Respond promptly to scheduling and approval requests.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- All 3D scans, models, and related media created by Villa Virtual remain our property until full payment is received.
- Upon payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables for marketing, claims, or internal purposes.
- Villa Virtual retains the right to use non-confidential versions of work for portfolio, marketing, or demonstration purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Payment & Billing
- Service fees will be outlined in quotes or invoices.
- Deposits may be required prior to work.
- Payments are due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.
- Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
6. Third-Party Services & Tools
Our services may rely on third-party platforms (e.g., Matterport, MLS, cloud hosting). Villa Virtual is not responsible for their performance, availability, or licensing requirements. Clients must comply with any applicable third-party terms.
7. Cookies & Data Usage
Use of cookies and personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that:
- Tours or media will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- Third-party services (Matterport, MLS feeds, hosting) will always be available.
- Deliverables will meet all possible use cases without modification.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Villa Virtual is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue, data, or goodwill.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
10. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Villa Virtual against claims arising from:
- Use of deliverables in ways not intended by Villa Virtual.
- Content or property data supplied by the client.
- Violations of law or third-party rights.
11. Confidentiality
We will keep client data confidential unless disclosure is required by law or agreed otherwise in writing.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Completed work must be paid for. Deposits are non-refundable.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Portfolio & Demonstrations
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Villa Virtual may display non-confidential deliverables (tours, images, media) in our portfolio, marketing, and case studies to illustrate the scope of our services.
16. Fair Use of Logos, Images, and Demonstration Media
- Third-Party Marks: Logos, brand names, and trademarks displayed on our website or within demonstration tours may be used under nominative fair use to identify technology partners (e.g., Matterport), clients (e.g., real estate agencies), or for illustrative purposes. These marks remain the property of their respective owners. No sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation is implied.
- Demonstration Media: Some videos, images, and sample tours are used for demonstration only to showcase capabilities. They may depict third-party properties or platforms and should not be interpreted as endorsements.
- Takedown Requests: If you believe your logo, image, or media has been used improperly, please contact us with proof of ownership and the URL(s). We will review and, if appropriate, remove the material promptly.
